Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0984322
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a brushless motor which makes it possible to reduce the size by narrowing the vertex interval of adjacent beveled supports and to apply sufficient magnetic flux to a position detecting Hall element.

The brushless motor comprises a stator 1 having a plurality of beveled supports 4(1) to 4(6) radially extended to a central shaft 3 and coils 5(1) to 5(6) wound on the bases of the plurality of the supports 4(1) to 4(6), and a rotor 2 having a plurality of magnet poles 9(1) to 9(8) so annularly disposed as to be opposed to the vertexes 6(1) to 6(6) of the plurality of the supports 4(1) to 4(6). Recesses 7(1) to 7(3) are provided on the vertexes 6(1) to 6(3) of the predetermined ones 4(11) to 4(3) of the plurality of the supports 4(1) to 4(6), and position detecting Hall elements 8(1) to 8(3) are contained and disposed oppositely to the rotor 2 in the recesses 7(1) to 7(3).
