Abstract:
To provide a bubble generation detector and its method capable of observing a bubble generation from the control signal and state signal of a drive system, and which improve propulsion efficiency.SOLUTION: It has a stage to drive a screw motor 10 by a constant torque, a stage to calculate the average of torque constant Kq from the measured value of torque and rotational speed in the constant torque region and in state without bubble generation, a stage to calculate a reference rotational speed based on the relational expression of torque and number of revolution by using the average value of torque constant Kq calculated, and a stage to determine the bubble generation when its difference becomes greater than the predetermined value after comparing the reference rotational speed with the actual rotational speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
