Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble sheet easily to be cut by tearing along perforation and hardly being cut by pulling vertical to the perforation, and capable of being used as an integrated packaging material with cutting to optical size by optionally selecting locations of perforation to be cut with making adjustable to match the dimensions of an article to be packed.SOLUTION: An air bubble sheet 1 with perforation is an air bubble sheet having a plurality of isolated air bubble chamber having a thermoplastic resin films laminated and adhered in an opening side of a thermoplastic resin uneven film having a plurality of hollow projections, the air bubble sheet has perforation 3 consisting of a repeat of cutting parts 4 and jointing parts 5 along a width direction thereof, length of the cutting parts 4 is 0.5 mm or more, length of the jointing parts 5 is 1 to 4 mm and jointing ration, which is a ratio of total of the length of the jointing parts to width of the air bubble sheet is 50% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
