Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable enlargement of a range of working voltage from source voltage to ground voltage and to reduce the number of circuit elements.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit comprises a buffer amplifier 59 and a voltage comparator 6 which compares the input voltage of the buffer amplifier 59 with a reference voltage, and a selector switch provided on the input side of the buffer amplifier 59 is turned according to the output voltage of the voltage comparator 6 so as to change a range of working voltage of the buffer amplifier 59.
