Abstract:
PURPOSE:To absorb vibrations of a car body and external shocks, if applied, by providing a buffer member made of an elastic material between an inner tube rotatably coupled with the support shaft supporting a door mirror and an outer tube. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 4 is fitted through upper and lower flanges 3a, 3b and is fixed with a nut 5. An inner tube 6 is rotatably coupled with the bolt 4 and is enveloped by an outer tube 7. A buffer member 8 is made of an elastic member such as rubber, is inserted between the inner tube 6 and outer tube 7, and is fixed to the inner tube 6 and outer tube 7. An arm 9 is extended from a door 1 to fix the outer tube 7.
