Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize operation of an automatic constant volume dispensing device so that a dispensing pipe discharge port is not rapidly opened and closed by regulating operation of a valve disc connected to a float.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe body 2a is mounted to a dispensing pipe 2 projected to the inside of a hydrostatic tank 3, a cylinder 8 having small holes 9a and 9b is mounted to the upper part of the pipe body 2a, and a connection bar 7 is connected to a piston 11 capable of sliding in the cylinder 8. A float 6 is mounted to the upper end of the connection bar 7, and a valve disc 10 capable of opening and closing a discharge-port 2b of the pipe body 2a is mounted to the lower end. When the float 6 makes an up and down motion with variations in the water level in the hydrostatic tank 3, the piston takes water in and out of both upper and lower rooms of the cylinder 8.
