To enable the whole upper body a driver and a bellow passenger to be instantly protected by a simple operation by forming a back bag part, neck bag part, an waist bag part by a double structure of an outer bag and an inner bag made of synthetic resin on the inside and connecting a gas generator equipped on the vest main body to outer and inner bags.

A chest bag part 2, back bag part 3, and side bag part 4 made of a synthetic resin such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, etc., are integrally formed inside this vest main body 1. A part filled with gas of bag parts 2-4 is formed as a double tube structure of an outer bag and an inner bag made of synthetic resin an the both ends are worked by high frequency burning. A gas injecting inlet is formed on each bag. A gas generator 8 is mounted on a prescribed position of the vest main body 1 and connected with each gas injecting inlet by a vent hose. A movable spherical pin which can be opened by drawing from every direction is mounted on the gas generator 8 so as to be opened by drawing a strand. Thus operation is made simpler.
