PURPOSE: To recycle building composite pipe members having waste wooden products and waste plastics as materials and, to make it possible to provide the building composite pipe members having excellent product quality as well as a low product cost.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe body 1 is formed of materials mixed with at least wood powder 11 and synthetic resin powder 12, and a metal pipe 2 is provided to the inside or outside of the pipe body 1. A large number of projections are provided to the inside of the metal pipe 2 and, the pipe body 1 can be formed to the inside. A plurality of channels are provided in the direction of the axis in the metal pipe 2 and, the pipe body 1 can be formed to the inside or outside or both inside and outside. The wood power 11 and synthetic resin powder 12 are mixed at the same mixed ratio, and the pipe body 1 can be formed of such mixed materials.
