Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building construction method capable both of shortening a construction period and of reducing construction costs.SOLUTION: The building construction method is for constructing a building 1 having an underground skeleton 2. The building construction method includes: steps S1, S2 for drilling the subsoil to construct a foundation 10 of the building 1; steps S3-S5 for constructing a preceding floor beam frame 60 and a first-floor floor 33 by using a first-floor floor 33 of the underground skeleton 2 of the building 1 as a preceding floor, and a column-beam frame of part of the underground skeleton 2 for supporting the first-floor floor 33 as a preceding floor beam frame 60; and a step S6 for concurrently constructing the underground skeleton 2 and a ground skeleton 3 across the first-floor floor 33.
