To provide a remote management system of building equipment for performing the unitary remote management of the personal information of the users of buildings, and performing a standardized fine equipment management service based on personal information in a plurality of different buildings where users stay.
A remote equipment management center 2 includes: an equipment information storage means 4 storing information related with the arrangement and operating circumstances of equipment device in buildings; a personal information storage means 5 storing personal information related with users who use a plurality of buildings; a location building recognizing means 7 performing the personal identification of the users by receiving entering/leaving person information detected by a monitoring camera 6 installed in the entrances/exists of the buildings, and recognizing the buildings where the users are stayed; and a control command transmitting means 8 transmitting a control command to an equipment control device 3 of each of those buildings. In the buildings where the users are stayed, the control command transmitting means 8 determines the control commands of equipment device 17 of the buildings based on the stored personal information over the staying periods of the users in the buildings.
