Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building incorporating an elevator, which can ensure a sufficient storage space without decreasing a resident area, and in which things can be easily carried to the storage space.
SOLUTION: A building 1 incorporating an elevator is composed of a frame body 8 including a plurality of resident stories A and a storage stories C having a height lower than that of the resident stories A, and an elevator shaft 20 communicating the resident stories A with the storage stories C. An elevator car 21 are provided in the elevator shaft 20 so as to be elevatable between the resident stories A and the storage story C. The car comes to a stop, facing the storage story C so as to access the storage story C.
