Abstract:
To provide a locking/unlocking system of a building, capable of ensuring crime prevention and improving convenience for users.SOLUTION: In an entrance door 16 as an opening/closing body in a house 10, an electrical locking and unlocking key with an electronic key 31, and locking devices 21 and 22 that enable mechanical locking and unlocking with a mechanical key 32 are provided. In the locking/unlocking system, an alert mode is set or released by locking or unlocking with the electronic key 31, and when the entrance door 16 is opened while the alert mode is set, a speaker 29 emits an alert sound. Under the alert mode setting state, the alert mode is canceled on a condition that a first operation with the mechanical key 32 is performed and a second operation with the mechanical key 32 is performed within a predetermined time limit from the first operation. At this time, if a touch on a touch sensor 18, which is an extension operation, is performed before the time limit elapses after the first operation is performed, the time limit is extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
