CONSTITUTION: This system has a maintenance object equipment registration means 2 and a maintenance time zone registration means 4, and a scheduled maintenance object equipment and its time zone are registered. A registered equipment decision means 3 decides whether or not a monitoring object equipment whose kind is decided by a kind decision means 1 is registered in a maintenance object equipment registration means 2, and a registration time range decision means 5 decides whether or not the monitoring object equipment whose registration is decided by a registration time range decision means 5 is in the maintenance time range. Even if an alarm signal is sent, the maintenance object equipment is excluded from a process for alarming operation in the time range by the decision making.
