To provide an online shopping system for buildings that uses AI to extract numerical values necessary when determining legal judgment elements as assignment elements from CAD data and determines whether or not they comply with building-related laws and regulations.SOLUTION: In an online shopping system of buildings, a floor plan determination unit 40 of a system management device includes a table storage unit 41 configured to extract legal judgment elements related to numerical values from laws and regulations and store a legal judgment table 60 composed of legal judgment elements for each law or regulation, an assignment element extraction unit 42 configured to use AI to extract assignment elements including numerical values that can be assigned to legal judgment elements from initial floor plan data, an appropriateness determination unit 43 configured to assign the assignment elements extracted by the assignment element extraction unit to the legal judgment table stored in the table storage unit, in which it is determined to be appropriate when conditions of the legal judgment table are satisfied, and it is determined to be inappropriate when the conditions are not satisfied, and a determination result creation unit 44 configured to record determination results obtained by the appropriateness determination unit and create a floor plan determination report including the determination results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
