PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building pipe penetration part construction method capable of simplifying construction procedures and achieving shorter construction period.SOLUTION: A through-hole 2 is formed in a wall 1 of a building, a first shield holding fitting 3 is attached to one side of this through-hole 2, a boot fixing fixture 4 is attached to the other side of this through-hole 2, a pipe 5 is installed in the through-hole 2 after attaching this first shield holding fitting 3, a shield 6 is filled thereafter, and a second shield stopper fitting 7 and a boot rubber 8 are attached to the boot fixing fixture 4 after filling the shield 6.
