Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the bending strength in the longitudinal direction by decorating at least the surface of a laminated plate in which fiber plates are made to adhere to the front and rear surfaces of an orienting particle board having a plurality of layers, and orienting wood chips of front and rear layers of the board in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the plate.
CONSTITUTION: Fiber plates 2 and 3 are adhered to the front and rear surfaces of an orienting particle board 1 made of a plurality of layers, and a decorative material 4 is made to adhere to the front surface of the plate 2. The board 1 orients the wood chips of the layers of front and rear surface sides 1a, 1b in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the plate, and orients the chips of a central layer 1c perpendicularly thereto in three layers. As a result, the excellent bending Young's modulus is provided in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in addition to the longitudinal direction, and dimensional stability is further improved. Thus, no dry crack occurs at a decorative veneer. The fiber plate preferable has 0.45-9.95 of specific weight with hard layers on both front and rear surfaces.
