Then, the values of the correction factors are selected on a data sheet on the basis of the result of the quality evaluation, the values of the correction factors are summed up, the summed up value is expressed with percentage, and a correction coefficient is calculated by subtracting the percentage value from 1. Then, a unit price with respect to the elapsed years of the building to be evaluated is calculated on the basis of a functional relation between the correction re-procurement cost of the building to be evaluated and the rate of the residual years to the life of the building, and the calculated unit price of the building to be evaluated is multiplied by the total floor area of the building and the calculated correction coefficient so that the total sum of the building to be evaluated can be calculated.
