PURPOSE: To provide a building remote managing device which surely takes an abnormality measure to facilities and equipments in a small-scale building group without preparing expensive facilities.
CONSTITUTION: In a storage device 13, information on buildings, facilities, and equipments that other companies manages are stored, and a monitor center device 10 is equipped with communication devices 11a and 11c for other companies which receive information from terminal devices that other companies manage, distribution devices 17a and 17b which distribute generated information to other-company monitor devices 1B and C, a priority decision device 16 which decides the priority of the information, and a process interruption device 193 which temporarily interrupts low-priority information processing. Consequently, the monitoring of the facilities and equipments can easily be shifted to remote monitoring.
