Abstract:
To provide a building structure that improves the aesthetic appearance of an indoor space without impairing the flatness of a floor surface and prevents garbage, etc. in the indoor space from falling into an underfloor space.SOLUTION: A building structure 100 includes: a wall 30; a pillar 33 and a stud 34 erected inside the wall 30; a flooring material 60 arranged on an indoor space SK side of the wall 30 with a horizontal gap portion SL communicating with an underfloor space YK; an inner wall material 70 attached to a surface of the wall 30 on the indoor space SK side with a vertical gap portion SV between itself and an upper surface of the floor material 60; and a baseboard 90 attached to the pillar 33 and the stud 34 via a spacer 85 and formed to have a height lower than a height of the vertical gap portion SV. A communication path RT that communicates the underfloor space YK and the indoor space SK is formed by the horizontal gap portion SL, the spacer 85, and the baseboard 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
