Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by installing beforehand a manifold header, with which pipes connected to an equipment are joined, to a building unit constituting the structure of a unit building.
SOLUTION: A cold water header and a hot water header are mounted on the floor beam of a building unit 10 at the time of factory product. A feed water pipe 17 connected to water works, a feed water pipe 19 joined with a toilet feed water port 18, a feed water pipe 21 conjoined with a lavatory feed water port 20, a feed water pipe 23 linked with a shower feed water port 22, a feed water pipe 25 connected to a bathtub feed water port 24, etc., are coupled with the cold water header at that time. A hot-water supply pipe 26 joined with a hot water boiler, a hot-water supply pipe 28 conjoined with the lavatory feed water port 20, a hot-water supply pipe 30 linked with the shower feed water port 22, a hot-water supply pipe 32 connected to the bathtub feed water port 24, etc., are coupled with the hot water header. Each header is installed to sections approximately just under the outer peripheral section of the unit 10 and the lavatory feed water port 20, and the projecting sections of the branch pipes of each header are formed in a horizontal shape. Accordingly, difficult piping works on a field can be made unnecessary, and the defects of the state of installation can be prevented.
