CONSTITUTION: A plurality of partitions communicated with the inside of a building are installed while rail girders 3, 3 functioning as girder beams in combination are disposed onto bodies 2, 2 oppositely faced in the cross direction, and first travelling rails 9, 9 set in specified length are fixed onto the rail girders while second travelling rails 10, 10 are fastened on the insides of the first travelling rails. Unit roofs 11..., 12 covering the upper sections of each partition are built to these travelling rails in a freely travelling manner, the first travelling rails 9 are set in two-partition length in the partitions, and the second travelling rails 10 are set in approximately total partition length in the partitions. The unit roof 12 installed onto the first travelling rails 9, 9 is bridged to the unit roofs 11... built onto the second travelling rails 10, 10 under the state of straddling and sitting.
