A building 100 has solar panels 70a, 70b provided on an upper face part of a roof 40 and a eaves-soffit part 42. A reflector 82 that reflects sunlight to irradiate the solar panel 70b on the eaves-soffit part 42 is provided at least above an opening formed in a wall surface, and on a foundation part 20.
