PURPOSE: To secure an accurate positioning for the mount by releasing the holding of the exhaustion tube when the flare part of the mount touches the bulb and then pressing the flare part between the position control component and the bulb to carry out positioning.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaustion tube C of mount A is inserted within holding mechamism 2 piercing through position control component 12, and the high pressure air is supplied into air groove 6. Thus, holding component 4 expands to hold tube C. Then mechanism 2 and burner mechanism 15 move forward to insert mount A into the bulb. When the flare part B touches the opening edge of the bulb, the high pressure air within groove 6 is exhausted to release holding of tube C. Then mechanism 2 and 15 advance more to make taper surface 14 of component 12 touch the inner surface of part B. Thus, mount A is pressed between the opening edge of the bulb and component 12. And mount A receives the concentric position control both to the bulb and component 12 to ensure an accurate positioning.
