To improve the productivity of a holder by ensuring easy post- mounting of a metal terminal to a separately molded holder.

A locking hole 9 and a terminal inserting hole 10 are provided in a base 8 attached to a base end part of a bulb 1. A connecting piece 16 having locking claw 16a inserted into and locked with the locking hole 9 is protruded on a holder 12. The base 8 and the holder 12 are integrated by inserting the connecting piece 16 into the locking hole 9 and locking the locking claw 16a. In this integration operation, each of ends 4b, 4c of the terminal member 4 is respectively inserted into the terminal inserting hole 10 and a terminal member inserting hole 15, thus the terminal member 4 is simultaneously mounted.
