Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a bulk cassette which is capable of restraining micro particles from being produced due to unwanted contact of chip components with each other and the chip components from being blackened due to micro particles attached to them and ill-soldered to a printed board.
CONSTITUTION: A bulk cassette 1 serves to transfer a chip component fed from a bulk case where a large number of chip components are stored to a component feeding section 16 through a transfer path 8 by air or the like to a component member, wherein hanging bodies 12 each provided with one upper end which is fixed and the other end which is free are provided inside a component pool chamber 7 located above the direction of component flow at a feeding section 9 which feeds chip components from a bulk case to a transfer path.
