Abstract:
To prevent falling of a bulk on a double belt conveyor.SOLUTION: A bulk fall prevention device is used for a double belt conveyor which includes a first belt 101 and a second belt 102 overlapping with each other and separated gradually from the overlapping portion, and which transports a bulk by interlocking and rotating the first belt 101 and the second belt 102, in a state of holding the bulk held at the overlapping portion. The bulk fall prevention device includes a first skirt 11 and a second skirt 12 disposed between the first belt 101 and the second belt 102 being gradually separated from the overlapping portion. The first skirt 11 extends in the belt extending direction, is installed at a position deviated from the center in the belt width direction, and receives the bulk going toward the outside in the belt width direction. The second skirt 12 extends in the belt extending direction, is disposed further outside than the first skirt 101 in the belt width direction, and receives an object to be transported going toward the outside in the belt width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
