Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved bulk-solidifying amorphous composition and a production method and a casting method for the composition.SOLUTION: An improved bulk-solidifying amorphous alloy is preferably subjected to an overheating treatment and then casted into a product having a high elastic limit. The alloy makes use of raw materials of a low purity possible, reduces the costs of the whole of the final product effectively and allows casting of new alloys into various shapes at a cooling rate lower than that attainable by conventional bulk-solidifying amorphous alloys.
