Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board located at a high position, being lifted/lowered with small force and being stopped at any position.SOLUTION: An upper part of a bulletin board body 1 is rotatably pivoted to and suspended from the upper parts of both-side longitudinal frames 3 and a central longitudinal frame 3 between the longitudinal frames of a bulletin board support frame 2, the lower part of which is rotatably pivoted to a bulletin board support frame mounting base that is fixed to a wall. One end of a gas spring 11 is rotatably pivoted to the central longitudinal frame and the other end of the gas spring is rotatably pivoted to a gas spring support metal fitting of the bulletin board support frame mounting base. One end of a wire fed from a spring balancer disposed at the upper part of the bulletin board support frame mounting base is connected to both-side longitudinal frames respectively.
