Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bumping preventing mechanism for an evaporator capable of lastingly keeping stable boiling state with a simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: In the evaporator for heating and boiling a liquid through a heat transfer wall 1, the bumping preventing system for the evaporator is constituted by mounting a baffle 2 as an resistance against the upstream flow of the liquid on the liquid side 3 of heat exchanger wall. The baffle preferably has plural brilled holes or zigzag shaped top end.
