PURPOSE: To leave a bunch winding yarn having a given length from a nip point without damaging quality by providing a release device to release a bunch winding yarn and a heat cutter to fuse a press yarn after release.

CONSTITUTION: A support frame 7 located on a base is provided with a sheet pipe press tool 10 to press the end of a sheet pipe B on the opposite side to a bunch winding 8 to block rotation, a punch seal sticking tool 11 to lock the end part of a yarn, having a given length, to the sheet pipe B after release of the bunch winding, a bunch yarn guide 12 to effect press in a state that the bunch winding yarn having a given length is left, a heat cutter 13, and a bunch winding release device 14 to release the bunch winding. When a guide body 26 of the bunch yarn guide 12 is rotated from a waiting position to a rotation position, the tip of a press claw 29 is collided with the given position of the sheet pipe B. With this state, a yarn Yp in a given length spot on the nip point side is pressed, and simultaneously with pressing of the bunch winding yarn Y on the starting end side, a yarn Yp at a point where the yarn is pressed by the heat cutter 13 after completion of bunch winding release operation is fused.
