This burner has a primary passage 23 where the solid-gas two- shape current 22 consisting of the solid fuel of a burner for solid fuel and transportation gas flows, and air passages 25 and 28 where air for combustion flow around them, and a fan-shaped bluff body flame holder 36 orthogonal to the flow is installed at the outlet part of the burner, but the flame holder 36 is provided within the primary passage 23 of the outlet of the primary passage, and the shape is V type or U type, and a projection 36a is installed in the circumferential direction of the flame holder 36. The projection 36a does not mar the ignition and flame holding, and the cooling property of the inner flame holder 36 improves, and fused slug adhesion preventive effect goes high.
