Abstract:
To provide a burner support member that, when replacing an air combustion burner with an oxygen combustion burner, can install the oxygen combustion burner while suppressing deviation from an installation position of the air combustion burner without changing a position of equipment for the air combustion burner, and can reduce burden of a work of replacing the oxygen combustion burner.SOLUTION: A burner support member includes a support part installed in an opening part of a furnace wall of a glass melting furnace to support an oxygen combustion burner. The support part includes: a first support block installed in a bottom part of the opening part; a second support block installed between the first support block and an inner surface of the opening part; and a through-hole penetrating through the inside to the outside of the furnace wall between the first support block and the second support block, and supports the oxygen combustion burner inside the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
