Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a burner excellent in corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance and a wet furnace including the burner.SOLUTION: A burner comprises: a burner body installed to penetrate an opening portion formed in a furnace wall of a wet furnace storing molten slag; and a cooling pipe provided to surround the burner body in a state of contacting the surroundings of the burner body, and cooling the burner body by a cooling medium flowing inside, a ceramic film 21 whose contact angle with the molten slag is not more than 90 degrees and whose thickness is not less than 5 μm and not more than 1000 μm being formed on at least a surface in contact with the molten slag out of surfaces of the cooling pipe and the burner body.
