PURPOSE: To improve the mixing of flame, and also to increase the heat accumulation effect and flame control effect by forming a long center cylinder of the burning ring which is surrounded by a baffle, while a resistor being inserted in the burning ring.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of a center cylinder 20 which extends from the bottom of a pot 1 to the upstream side of a burning chamber 12 along the center axis of the pot 1, and a baffle 21 which divides the annular space between the outer surface of the center cylinder 20 and the inner surface of the pot 1 into multiple compartments aWd which are parallelly arrnaged in the axial direction. A resistor 22 is inserted in the center cylinder 20 of a burning rint 18. Said resistor is constructed by multiple discs 23 having multiple holes which are supported by a shaft 24 in rows with a certain space in between in the axial direction, and insulator Raschig rings 25 are arranged onto upper discs 23. By making the burning ring 18 long and adding the baffle 21, the mixing of flame can be improved. Further, by inserting the resistor 22 in the burning ring 18, the heat accumulation effect and flame control effect are increased.
