Abstract:
To provide a burning core which hardly puts out fire by wind or placement, has excellent burning persistence and excellent mechanical strength, more particularly a burning core adequate for a match stem, wick, lamp core, etc., and a match formed by using this burning core.
The burning core is formed by using polyvinyl alcohol fibers.
