To provide a burning device which can uniformly and economically fire powder.
The burning device 1 is provided with a heat-resistant furnace main body 2 which houses powder, a heater 4 which is provided around the main body 2 to heat the powder, 8 vibration generating source 5 which vibrates the main body 2, and a blowing means 6 which blows a gas into the main body 2, and burns the powder by making the powder to flow by the vibrations and the blown-in gas. The blowing means 6 unsteadily makes the powder to flow by unsteadily blowing the gas into the main body 2. Since the gas is unsteadily blown into the main body 2, the quantity of the waste gas from the main body 2 can be reduced and, accordingly, the energy loss of the burning device 1 becomes smaller. Consequently, the device 1 can be operated economically.
