To provide a burr-less trimming device capable of stably manufacturing a cold-rolled steel belt having less surface defect caused by trimming, a sufficient surface property, and a sufficient edge part property, and also to provide a facility for manufacturing a cold-rolled steel belt and a method for manufacturing the cold-rolled steel belt.
In the burr-less trimming device for the steel belt, any one of upper and lower clamping rolls 10 of a trimming chip separation device is made to two pairs of narrow width rolls 9 having narrower body part width than the maximum width of the steel strip, and the other clamping roll is a wide width roll 9 having wider body part width than the maximum width of the steel belt. The two pairs of narrow width rolls 10 is made movable in a width direction according to a position in a width direction of a non-separated part of the steel belt by a movement mechanism in a width direction. The facility for manufacturing the cold-rolled steel belt installed with it, and the method for manufacturing the cold-rolled steel belt are also provided.
