Abstract:
To suppress a core from being broken when inserting the core into a member in applying burring processing to a member, and appropriately make the core contact an inner wall of the member by reducing a gap between the core and the inner wall of the member.SOLUTION: When applying burring processing to a member having a first wall part and a second wall part which are parallel to each other, a first core is inserted through one end sides of the first wall part and the second wall part and a second core is through the other end sides and tip parts of the cores are butted to each other. When inserting the first core and the second core into a space between the first wall part and the second wall part, contact surfaces of the cores are slid while contacting the surfaces with the first wall part and the second wall part at the same time. The cores comprise recessed portions at the tip parts thereof, where when the tip parts of the cores are butted to each other, the recessed portions form holes. Utilizing the holes, the first wall part and the second wall part are subjected to burring processing. After the burring processing, the first core and the second core may be pulled out from the inside of the member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
