Abstract:
To suppress a core from being broken and appropriately make the core contact an inner wall of a member when inserting the core into the member to apply burring processing to the member.SOLUTION: When applying burring processing to a member having a first wall part and a second wall part which are parallel to each other, cores are inserted into a space between the first wall part and the second wall part. The cores comprise a first core, a second core, and a third core provided between the first core and the second core. A surface contacting the first wall part of the first core, a surface contacting the second wall of the second core, a surface contacting the first core of the third core and a surface contacting the second wall of the third core are in parallel to one another. The third core is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the first core and the second core, so that the third core is detached from the first core and the second core to shorten a distance between a first contact surface and a second contact surface. When inserting the core into a space between the first wall part and the second wall part, a contact surface of the core is made to contact the first wall part and the second wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
