Abstract:
To provide a bus bar made of an aluminum alloy in which in-plane bending of an aluminum alloy bar is performed, thereby forming a bent part without once cutting of the aluminum alloy bar into a blank of an irregular shape.SOLUTION: A bus bar 1 made of an aluminum alloy which comprises an aluminum alloy bar having specific plate thickness t and plate width B, and electric conductivity, and which has a bent part formed by performing in-plane bending of said bar. The bus bar has a circular arc-shaped bending shape in which a curvature radius R(mm) of an inner side of the bent part and the plate thickness B of the aluminum alloy bar, and a bending angle θ of the bent part in a plan view have a specific relationship, and a maximum increase rate of the plate thickness on an inner side of a bent part 6 inner side and a maximum decrease rate of a plate thickness on an outer side of the bent part 6 are regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
