Abstract:
To prevent (restrain) an unauthorized operation by a driver by grasping the actual operating state of a bus by a combination of radio or GPS with a driver's license (with built-in IC card) or the like.
In this device, radio or GPS is combined with the driver's license (with built-in IC card) or the like to grasp the actual operating state of the bus, whereby the unauthorized operation by the driver is prevented (restrained).
