PURPOSE: To make it possible to contrive to improve the impact resistance, wear resistance and service life of a bush cleaning blade by a method wherein a high speed steel tip is brazed to the tip part of each saw tooth in the circular disc bush cleaning blade of a bush cleaner.

CONSTITUTION: The bush cleaning blade 1 of a mower is formed into a circular disc made of base material 3 of proper tool steel material such as carbon tool steel or alloy tool steel. At the central part of the base material 3, a mounting hole 3H, into which the rotating shaft of the bush cleaner is mounted, is formed. Further, at the outer peripheral part of the circular disc-like base material 3, a plurality of cutting edge parts 5 are formed at proper intervals. At the same time, on a circular arc, which is properly apart from the mounting hole 3H, engaging holes 7, which engages with the fixed shaft of a jig at the the arcuate grinding of the relieved face 5B of the cutting edge part 5, are provided so as to correspond to the respective cutting edge parts 5. To the tip part of the saw tooth of each cutting edge part 5, high speed steel tip 9 is brazed so as to locate it between the face 5A and the relieved face 5B at the tip part of the saw tooth of each cutting edge part 5 as shown in the portion C.
