Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sealing in the vacuum formation by holding a connecting conductor in a ceramic insulating cylinder, joining both together by a joining ring blazed on the whole periphery, and fixing the insulating cylinder and an insulating vessel outer wall by a fixing ring blazed on the whole periphery.
SOLUTION: Since a heat resistant ceramic insulating cylinder 7 and a connecting conductor 8 are joined together in a lengthwise directional one place by a joining ring 9, an elongation difference between the insulating cylinder 7 and the connecting conductor 8 by a thermal expansion difference at a high temperature at vacuum formation, is absorbed, and the occurrence of thermal stress of both is relieved. The connecting conductor 8 is supported by the inside edges of flange parts 7a and 7b of the insulating cylinder 7, and durability is obtained against a load on the connecting conductor 8 in use. Since joining in the joining ring 9 is also performed in the small diameter side flange part 7a, that is, in a projecting end part of the insulating cylinder 7 to the outside of an insulating vessel, after the vacuum formation of the insulating vessel, the inside of the insulating cylinder 7 becomes evacuated, and high insulating performance is obtained between the connecting conductor 8 and the joining ring 9 becoming high electric potential at using time.
