To provide a business form issue device which can fix a direction of following business forms to be housed by surely housing the front end of the first cut business form in the predetermined direction, without the cut document sliding on the bottom surface of a housing part.

The business form issue device unwinds a rolled business form paper sheet 11 from one end thereof, performs a predetermined printing, and cuts the sheet to a predetermined length for feeding. A resistant part 20 is formed so as to resist a forward slide of the front end of the business form in the feeding direction, in the bottom surface of the housing part 17 housing the business form 16 cut to the predetermined length in a part where the front ends of the business forms 16 fall.
