Two business form retractable conveyance paths 16, 17 coupled to an end of a business form conveyance path 10 are juxtaposed in the vertical direction to intersect each other. Independently operable business form conveyance means 19, 20 are provided to the two business form retractable conveyance paths 16, 17, respectively. The overlapping function is realized by conveying a business form by means of the business form conveyance means 19, 20. A spacing motor 27 is disposed on a position at the end side of the business form conveyance path 10 to be offset to the side of the business form conveyance path 10. The business form retractable conveyance paths 16, 17 are provided to a dead space formed at the side of the spacing motor 27, thereby miniaturizing the business form printer 1.
