To provide a business support device, a method and a program capable of managing deposits and payments in cooperation with a core system.SOLUTION: A business support device comprises a control unit. The control unit comprises: a capture unit that captures contract data including data related to transfers and data related to debits and credits; a journal data creation unit that creates debit and credit journal data based on the contract data captured by the capture unit; a reconciliation unit that reconcile the contract data that satisfies certain conditions in the created journal data; and a settlement unit that reports the result of settlement processing with the reconciled contract data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
