Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tar content from being collected in a gap between a table and a furnace body.
SOLUTION: A heat treatment is performed by disposing a heater 4 in a furnace body 1 disposing an elevatable table 10 for placing a workpiece article on a bottom of the furnace body 1, and circulating and heating in-furnace gas with a fan 6. An outside wall of the table 10 and an inside wall of a bottom part 1a of the furnace body 1 are brought into close contact with each other, and an annular gas introduction pipe 21 having a plurality of upward gas blowoff holes is disposed in the gap 2. By blowing off the same gas as the in-furnace atmosphere gas upward from the gas blowoff holes tar due to binder decomposition gas produced from the workpiece article is prevented from being collected in the gap 20.
