Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit the holding on a lathe in stable manner by forming a recessed part for accommodating a spike projecting on the button attraction surface of a vacuum chuck on the periphery, keeping a play. CONSTITUTION:A button 1a is a recessed part 12 receiving a spike 13 which projections on the button attracting surface of a vacuum chuck 4b with a play on the periphery when coaxially attracted on the vacuum chuck 4b. The button 1a supplied on the vacuum chuck 4b is pressed by a pushing rod 15 so that the edge surface is closely attached on the button attraction surface. When the spike 13 has a play on the periphery and bites on the center or the vicinity of the bottom surface of the recessed part 12, a cavity is left on the periphery of the spike 13 in the recessed part 12. The resin on the periphery of the spike 13 which bites on the button 1a in the recessed part 12 bulges up on a certain range, and the bulging-up resin is accommodated in the cavity part left in the recessed part 12, and bulges out from the level of the edge surface, and the pressing for the button attraction surface is prevented.
