In this button supply device which has a conical shape feeder bowl 4 formed with a spiral track 6 and a means for conveying a button 8 along the track from an inner side of the feeder bowl toward an outer side thereof by vibrating the feeder bowl to judge the surface and rear of the button having a recessed part on its surface and a flat rear surface by a surface and rear judging means on the halfway of the conveyance, the front and rear judging means 30 is provided with an inclination part 37 which holds a button facing the rear in a parallel condition and inclines a button facing the surface to the outside and a hold part 40 provided forward in the conveyance direction of the inclination part, drops the button facing the rear into an inner side of the feeder bowl, and holds the button facing the surface while it is inclined.
