Abstract:
To provide a humanized and multifunctional anti-CD3 antibody which has improved biological activity, thermal stability, and/or acid resistance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a humanized antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, the antibody specifically binding to CD3 of primates, e.g., humans and/or monkeys, the antibody comprising framework regions FR-H1, FR-H2, FR-H3, FR-H4, FR-L1, FR-L2, FR-L3 and FR-L4 and complementarity-determining regions (CDRs), wherein the amino acid sequences of CDR1 and CDR2 of heavy chain variable regions, the amino acid sequences of CDR3 of heavy chain variable regions, the amino acid sequences of CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 of light chain variable regions, and the framework regions of the humanized antibody comprise specific sequences, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None
